Pine Mountain recreation area is comprised of two loops that join together at the summit. The West Loop is by far the more popular route. With a large parking lot and easy access right off I-75, this is where most people start their hike. The less traveled East Loop will give you a bit of solitude in comparison. Do both loops for a longer hike. Bikes are allowed on the East Loop on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
